Surgery Day

Surprise!

I have to have surgery on Monday.

Blech.

Not really looking forward to it. The doc needs to go in and check my internal "lady parts" as I've been having lots of pain "in the bedroom" so he wants to take a peak and see what's going on.

I'm not really a nervous person but going under general anesthesia makes me freak out. I've only gone under 2 other times in my WHOLE life. I made sure all my affairs are in order--would hate to think my collection of New Kids on the Block stuff would get misdirected to my heirs--because I'm so freakin' scared of dying.

DYING. *dramatic pause*

And then there's the recovery. Having 3 small children understand that mom has to rest for a few hours is damn near impossible. Doc said I won't have any restrictions, just might be sore for a little while. I'm still figuring out how to deal with a nursing baby so that should be very interesting.

Things have been so crazy around here that I've fallen behind on my blog. I do have a fun mama cloth giveaway coming up as soon as I get the darn review written. And I'm also getting a book to review with a special discount to my readers!
